CrazeToWin – Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This promotional contest is organized by CrazeToWin (CTW).
CrazeToWin operates the contest through its official website crazetowin.in.

2. Nature of the Contest

This contest is a skill-based promotional contest and not a lottery or gambling activity.

Participants must answer a simple question / puzzle / quiz correctly after completing their entry.
Only participants who provide the correct answer will qualify for the winner selection process.

Only participants who answer the qualification
question correctly will be eligible for the prize draw.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the contest:

  • Participant must be 18 years or older

  • Participant must be a resident of India

  • Each entry must be completed through the official website crazetowin.in

CrazeToWin reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

4. Entry Fee

Participation in the contest requires an entry ticket purchase.

Entry fee: ₹49 per entry

Each entry provides the participant one opportunity to answer the skill-based question.

Multiple entries may be allowed unless otherwise stated.

5. Contest Process

The contest process works as follows:

1️⃣ Participant purchases an entry ticket through the website.
2️⃣ Participant answers a skill-based question or puzzle.
3️⃣ Only correct entries qualify for the final winner selection.
4️⃣ From the pool of correct answers, one winner is selected.

6. Prize

The prize for the contest will be clearly mentioned on the contest page.

Example prize:

Apple iPhone

The exact model and specifications will be specified on the contest page.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected from the pool of participants who answered the question correctly.

Winner selection may be conducted through a random draw among correct entries.

The organizer’s decision regarding the winner will be final and binding.

8. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced through:

  • Official Instagram page of CrazeToWin

  • CrazeToWin website

The winner may be required to provide identification to claim the prize.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner within a reasonable time after winner verification.

CrazeToWin will arrange shipment of the prize to the winner’s registered address.

10. Refund Policy

Entry tickets purchased for the contest are non-refundable.

Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

11. Organizer Rights

CrazeToWin reserves the right to:

  • Modify or cancel the contest if required

  • Disqualify participants who violate contest rules

  • Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

12. Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc., Instagram, or any affiliated company.

All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.
